Großzügiges Penthouse auf drei Ebenen mit acht Schlafzimmern und privater Dachterrasse – ideal für Familien, Freundesgruppen oder Geschäftsreisende in Santo Domingo. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 16 Gäste und wird exklusiv an eine Gruppe vermietet. Ein privater Aufzug verbindet den abgeschlossenen Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge direkt mit dem Penthouse im 6. Stock (max. 2 Personen pro Fahrt).
Im Inneren erwarten Sie ein heller Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wasserfilter und Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die acht Schlafzimmer verteilen sich auf die erste und zweite Ebene und verfügen teils über ein eigenes Bad, teils über ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Alle Zimmer sind mit komfortablen Betten und individueller Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Highspeed-WLAN, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.
Das Highlight ist die private Dachterrasse, die nur vom Penthouse aus zugänglich ist. Hier können Sie einen großen Whirlpool für bis zu zehn Personen, einen Billardtisch, eine klimatisierte TV-Lounge und einen Außenbereich zum Entspannen oder für einen Drink am Abend nutzen. Die Dachterrasse ist mit einem Grill, gefiltertem Wasser, einem Minikühlschrank und einem Eiswürfelbereiter ausgestattet.
Eine Endreinigung ist inklusive; eine zusätzliche Reinigung inklusive Handtuchwechsel kann gegen Gebühr auf Anfrage arrangiert werden. Gäste können die Waschmaschine und den Trockner in der Wohnung jederzeit nutzen. Der Grundpreis gilt für bis zu 10 Personen; für jede weitere Person wird ein Aufpreis pro Nacht berechnet.
Die Lage ist günstig: Supermärkte, Kinos und Einkaufszentren befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Taxis und Fahrdienste sind bequem zu erreichen.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit überwachen Sicherheitskameras nur die Außenbereiche und Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Parkplatz, Eingänge, Flure, Dachterrasse und Aufzug); Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind nicht videoüberwacht. Da es sich um ein Wohngebäude handelt, sind Partys und Veranstaltungen nicht gestattet. Die Nachtruhe beginnt um 22:00 Uhr. Rauchen ist nur im Außenbereich auf der Dachterrasse und dem Balkon erlaubt.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. The owners and their representatives cannot be held liable for loss, damage or injury to guests, their visitors or their property. We always recommend that guests have suitable travel/health insurance for their trip.
Please note that the owners do not provide insurance for guests, their belongings, the Penthouse or vehicles in the parking area against fire, theft, vandalism, water, weather or third-party acts.
Our house rules may be updated from time to time.

1. Respect for neighbours – noise and gatherings
• This is a residential building, so no parties or events are allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 Pm: after this time, no loud music or noise. During the day, please keep music at a moderate volume.
• We do not allow disruptive or open-invite gatherings of any size.
• Please avoid anything that disturbs the community, such as:
• Excessive noise or visitors
• Excessive trash or littering
• Smoking that bothers neighbours
• Parking problems, trespassing or vandalism

2. Smoking
• Smoking is allowed only in the open, common outdoor areas of the apartment (never inside).
• Please use ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts on the floor.

3. Keys and access
• We provide one set of keys (gate remote + elevator token). Please handle them with care.
• A lost set has a replacement cost of Us0 (remote control and token).
• To make access easier for everyone in your group, we kindly ask you to keep the keys in the key box inside the elevator during your stay and share the elevator code with all guests. This way, no one has to coordinate hand-offs and check-in/check-out is smoother.

4. Cleaning
• The cleaning fee is included in your reservation and covers one cleaning after check-out.
• Daily or mid-stay cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request for an additional fee (including towel change if needed).
