- This Unit is not allowed to smoke inside, but on the balcony is allowed.
- Please turn off the air-conditioner, all electrical appliances and lights before leaving.
- Not allowed to modify the layout of the room and furniture.
- Please inform the reception in the case of any home appliance is broken or lost, you will be charged by the same price.
- Check out time is 12:00PM. Otherwise we have charge you one more night
- You can collect garbage at Fire Exit Door in front of the elevator
- Cleaning Service 500THB each time
- Additional Cleaning Fee 1000 THB when check out.
- Electricity and Water are included if your period of renting is no more than 1 weeks
- Fiber Optic High Speed Internet for your room only and not public WiFi ( 1500 THB ) you have to pay additional and you will be asked from the host, when your reservation is confirmed.

following rules while at Twin Peaks.
1. Don't disturb, offend or annoy other residents.
2. No intoxicated persons are allowed on the premises, nor consumption of alcohol in common areas.
3. Smoking is not allowed in common areas, except at designated smoking points.
4. Children should to be supervised at all times while in common areas or by the pool.
5. Due to fire and safety regulations, all visitors and guests of the residents must register with the security
officers before entering the building. Unauthorised visitors are not allowed after 10pm.
6. No loud noise in the lobby and other common areas, including use of mobile phones, playing music or
videos, shouting or running around.
7. No eating, drinking or smoking are allowed in the lobby or on the couches. No sleeping or feet on couches.
8. No excessively loud music or television sound in the rooms.
9. No activity prohibited by law -- including gambling, consumption of narcotics, prostitution or operation of
unregistered businesses.
10. No swimming after 8pm until 8am. Dry properly when at the pool. No dripping water from the pool or wet
feet in the lifts or corridors.
11.Shirts and footwear to be worn in common areas except while at the pool.
12.Parking is reserved for Twin Peaks Parking permit holders only.
