• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 Pm and 8:00 Am.
• No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking unit.
• Kitchen Care: Feel free to cook! We just ask that you wash your dishes or start the dishwasher before you head out.
• Laundry: Please do not overload the washing machine or dryer. Ensure the lint filter in the dryer is cleared after use.
• Safety: Always ensure the door is locked by pushing the interior button when you are inside or leaving the unit.

Checkout Instructions
• Checkout Time: Please vacate the unit by 12:00 Noon.
• Trash: Please bag your trash and dispose of it in the building's refuse area (located at the basement to the right side of the lift).
• Appliances: Please ensure the stove, oven, and all lights are turned off.
• Windows: Ensure all windows are securely closed.
• Keys: Place the key set (including the fob and metal detector) to maibox 56.
• Final Step: Please send us a quick message via the app once you have checked out so we can alert our cleaning team.
